Here we feature a brief profile of one of our artists to give you an insight into our gallery.

John Silver
John was born in Macclesfield, Cheshire England 1959 and has been painting for as log as he can remember. He began working as a commercial artist after leaving college with a B.A. (Hons) degree in 1984.His first full time job was a photographic retoucher with a top Manchester graphic and photographic agency - this was to last only one year as he really wanted to pursue his wildlife painting career.
Prints include - Brown Trout, Cairn Puppy, Collie Pup, Collie Pup, Faith Hope and Charity, Highland Terrier, Labrador Puppy, Rainbow Trout, Suppertime, The Lookout

Monica Ismay Horn
Initially trained at Falmouth Art School, then at the Royal College of Art, becoming an Associate in 1966, also that year Monica won the David Murray Scholarship for landscape painting. Monica has exhibited in the Summer Exhibition of the Royal Academy and at the museum of Modern Art, Oxford. Her work falls into three main categories: abstract work in mache, plaster and acrylis, still life and landscapes in various media, and digital prints. All work being highly original and individual.

Toni Goffe
Toni Goffe studied painting and illustration at Southampton College of Art in Hampshire for four years attaining NDD. 1952-1956. He moved to Boston USA to direct The John Stobart Gallery on Lewis Wharf, now concentrating on painting and studying with John Stobart. He exhibited in East Coast Galleries. He returned to Hampshire in England with his family to freelance as an illustrator and painter, exhibiting Nation wide. Toni's peeping characters are inspired by the antics of his own cats - working at home he is ideally placed to spot their games and routines either inside or out.
